How to get support

 

Program usage and performance related support is only available for registered users.  Please write to [email protected], usually you should receive a reply within 48 hours. Be sure to include your serial number and system information (you can create a system report in Cacheman and attach it to the email).

 

Please make sure you have the latest Cacheman version installed before sending a support request (check http://cacheman.outertech.com).

 

If you have lost your serial number contact [email protected]. Make sure to include your full name, the email address you have used for the purchase and the approximate purchase date.

 

Non-support requests like bug reports & comments should be sent to [email protected].
